Refund Policy!
Any product purchased from Libas-E-Agha can be exchanged or returned under the following circumstances:
Refunds
Refund is only allowed in cases where the product is found to be damaged or the product received is different from the order of purchase. Libas-E-Agha should be informed in writing of the impairment/returns within 12 hours of receiving the product. It is mandatory that the damaged item is returned back to Libas-E-Agha with original packing, labels, and price tags. Refund will only be processed once Libas-E-Agha has received the product and analyzed the cause of damage. A refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or different from the order. The refund process may take two to three weeks. Once the order is processed it cannot be canceled/refunded unless in case of the damaged or different product is received at dispatch as mentioned above.
Please note, refunds if any will be net of bank charges. Libas-E-Agha will not bear any charges applied by the bank on credit card transactions including, refund charges and exchange rate differential if any applied by the bank. Libas-E-Agha will be pleased to provide any documentary evidence if required by the customer.

Exchange
Kindly select the right size, when placing your order. The customer service representative is always there to help you with sizes. Libas-E-Agha does not have a policy of exchanging the size upon wrong size order, however, at our complete discretion, Libas-E-Agha may accommodate its customers and exchange the size as per the exchange policy but shipping charges will be applied.
Request for exchange should be made within 12 hours of receiving the article by courier. If the article is not used, all tags are intact and you have the original invoice with you, then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.
